Items purchased from Snow & Oak Home within the last 14 days are covered by our Refund Policy. We would politely request you contact us here should you wish to organise a refund or exchange on your order.

Items being returned for a refund must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them from us, along with it's original packaging.

Undeliverable orders will be refunded once they are returned to us minus the cost of postage to cover the cost of sending the item by ourselves initially.

You are responsible for any postage costs incurred in the return of the item, please consider using a tracked/insured service.

​

Any refunds will. be refunded back to the original method of payment, this may take up to 10 working days to clear.

Sale Items are not covered by our refund policy, unfortunately only regular priced items can be refunded.

Damaged Items

Should you receive any part oof your order damaged we ask that you notify us within 24 hours in order that we rectify. We will require photos of the damaged item from yourself so that we can claim this back with the courier. Contact us regarding damages here
